About the Journal

This is a peer-reviewed periodic Sharia journal specializing in the publication of rigorous research and studies related to Hanbali jurisprudence (fiqh) and its principles (uṣūl), in accordance with defined terms and procedures.

The journal is published by the *Rakā'iz Center for Research and Studies* on a biannual basis (semi-annual), in the months of April and October.

It is managed by an editorial board composed of specialized academics, in addition to an advisory board of senior scholars (kibār al-ʿulamāʾ).

*First Issue Published:* December 2022

The journal follows an *Open Access* policy, with immediate access upon publication.

Research articles are published under a *Creative Commons License (CC BY-NC)*.
