Terms and Conditions of Publication:

1. The research or manuscript verification must be within the scope of Hanbali jurisprudence, its principles, and all that is attached.
2. The number of pages of the research does not exceed (70 pages), the size of (A4) or 17,500 words Approximately, including the abstract, footnotes, and references. If the research exceeds that, it can be published in two or more issues if the editorial board deems it appropriate.
3. The title must be accurate and expressive of the content of the research.
4. The journal is free and non-profit, and the researcher is not entitled to request any financial compensation for publishing their research in the journal.
5. The researcher presents his research and works with his official identity papers.
6. The researcher is obliged to make the amendments provided by the arbitrators, with an explanation unless amended, within one month of receiving the amendments report. Otherwise, this shall be considered a refrain from publishing his research.
7. The research must not have been published in print or electronically, nor in any peer-reviewed scientific journals.
8. The researcher shall abide by the standards and rules of scientific research and under takes that his submitted research shall be original and not transferred or derived from another researcher’s work, with his commitment to scientific honesty in the event of a transfer and bearing the legal consequences thereof. However, the journal has the right to take the measures it deems appropriate if it does otherwise.
9. The presented research should be characterized by novelty, usefulness, and clarity in the presentation while avoiding elaboration. In addition, the research should be safe from linguistic, grammatical, and typographical errors, with attention to punctuation.
10. All research and titles are subject to scientific arbitration by two competent arbitrators specialized in the same field of research, and the journal adopts a policy of double blocking for both the identity of the authors and the arbitrators. The identity of each party remains withheld from the other party at all stages of arbitration.
11. If the arbitrators differ in the result of the research arbitration, the editorial board shall prevail between them or send it to a third arbitrator.
12. The journal owns the rights of publication. The researcher may only publish his research again, whether paper or electronic, after six months have passed from the issue in which his research was published.

13. The editorial board is responsible for the final decision on accepting or rejecting research and works submitted for publication.
14. If the editorial board decides not to accept the publication of the work, the journal informs the researcher, shows him the reasons, and sends the arbitrators reports.
15. The opinions expressed in the published research are the views of the researchers only and do not necessarily reflect the journal’s opinion or any of its members.
16. The journal receives research in Arabic only and welcomes comments on all research and studies published in the journal.

Procedures for applying for the publication of research:

1. All works, materials, and research must submit in Arabic via the journal’s e-mail (alhanbali.mag@gmail.com). After the initial examination of the research, the researcher will be notified of acceptance or rejection within two weeks.
2. After accepting the research by the editorial board, it will be sent to scientific

arbitration. The researcher will be notified of the result Within a period not exceeding 45 days.

3. The researcher must attach a letter signed by him to the managing editor; requesting the publication of his research, accompanied by a brief resume (including name, degree, employer, most major scientific work, e-mail, and telephone).
4. The researcher must present an abstract in one paper (not exceeding 250 words) stating the subject of the research, its objectives, methodology, the most important results, and recommendations with keywords between 3 to 6 words expressing the subject while avoiding general terminology, with an English translation.
5. The researcher must consider dividing his research into sections and chapters following the research plan, indicating previous studies -if any- and his scientific add to it.
6. The citation in the footnote of each page shall be as follows: (the title of the book, the name of the author, and the page number), while the Qur’anic verses: are referred to in the text only, and the hadith documentation shall be by mentioning the source and the number of the hadith, without reference to the part, page or the name of the section, except if it required, and the numbering of the footnotes continue from the beginning of the research to the end.
7. At the end of the research, the references must be listed in alphabetical order according to their titles, with a bold font for the titles, and the data of the publication: (book title, author name -and investigator-, publishing house, and year).
8. The research should be sent in a Word document format, with the font size being 16 for the main text and 12 for the footnotes and the font type being Traditional Arabic.
9. Sending the research via the journal’s mail is an acceptance by the researcher of the conditions of publication in the journal, and the editorial board has the right to determine the priorities of the research publication.
10. If the researcher’s paper is published, they will receive a complete electronic copy of the journal and a separate copy of their paper. They can also obtain a printed copy from the journal’s accredited publishers.
